They admit not having a team is their biggest mistake. Fast forward to 2023 and they’ve been on a buying spree even in THIS market, and converting single family homes into duplexes, which they consider their sweet spot. They started out and had great success with student housing after having 1 short term rental property, and are now looking at bigger multi family properties to grow their portfolio.
