Gary Hibbert is a Full Time Real Estate Investor, Licenced Real Estate Agent, achieving various Realtor awards and an Educator. In 2008, he purchased his first investment property and through hard work and dedication, left the regiment of the corporate world to become a Full Time Entrepreneur in 2014. Gary has helped hundreds of clients with creating a wealth strategy plan through public speaking, online webinars and even has his own podcast channel dedicated to inspire and educate anyone willing to change their mindset. He continues to play an active role in his community by attending corporate, private and school events to educate adults and especially children. Erik's Bio:

Erik is a graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business. After working for only one year he decided that wasn't the life for him. So instead, Erik and his brother Kevin both quit their day jobs almost a decade ago to start a real estate investment company and have been working as full time real estate investors ever since. 

Over this time they have built a portfolio of 64 units across Ontario. Not only that but they have also built a comprehensive educational system for real estate investing that has absolutely everything you need as an investor...all the information, access to all of the resources they have ever built, an industry leading property analyzer, and even a section dedicated to Student Rentals.  

Erik also became a licensed mortgage agent in order to provide clients and investors a passive way to help invest their registered money (RSP, TFSA, LIRA, LIF, RIF etc.) into real estate...earning an 8% Fixed Annual Rate of Return in some of the most exciting development projects in Canada. He is a wealth of knowledge and has a ton of experience, some of which he will be sharing with you during this podcast.

I have been selling real estate for 13 years, I am a HUGE Green Bay Packers fan, I love to play golf (poorly), camp, hike and spend time on vacation in either Hawaii or Fairmont, BC.

Jessica-Ann Buchta completed $50Million+ in real estate deals by age 30 while working full-time as a lawyer in the energy sector.  Known as the Air BnB Queen, Jess specialized in luxury cottage rentals & high-end long-term rental properties across Ontario & now focuses on purchasing off-market multifamily properties.

She began her real estate investing journey with fix & flips before moving on to run Canada’s largest wholesaling business, purchasing off-market, under-value properties with her husband.
