Gary Hibbert is a Full Time Real Estate Investor, Licenced Real Estate Agent, achieving various Realtor awards and an Educator. In 2008, he purchased his first investment property and through hard work and dedication, left the regiment of the corporate world to become a Full Time Entrepreneur in 2014. Gary has helped hundreds of clients with creating a wealth strategy plan through public speaking, online webinars and even has his own podcast channel dedicated to inspire and educate anyone willing to change their mindset. He continues to play an active role in his community by attending corporate, private and school events to educate adults and especially children. He's president of the Landlords Association of Durham and a commercial real estate broker of record specializing in income-generating and multi-residential investment properties. He owns and hands-on manages 7 small apartment buildings totaling 71 units and teaches a 6-Saturday course twice per year on the realities of being a residential rental housing provider in Ontario.

Bio

Sean and Annasha Martin dove into the real estate market head first in 2018. Over the last 4 years, their passion for real estate has led them to also dabble in private lending and most recently into Short Term Rentals. Sean and Annasha launched their first Airbnb in November 2021 and quickly recognized the potential which lies therein. They now look to expand into the STR market not only here in Canada, but they have now set their sights on a few Caribbean Islands.

But Real Estate is not their only passion, as parents of a special needs daughter, they have also launched a successful non profit organization supporting the Special Needs community called Shayla's Voice.
