With over 21 years of investment, management, development, construction, and financing in excess of US$ 25 million in projects, Jennifer continues to share her knowledge, experience, systems and spreadsheets to help others define and create financial freedom and their Life By Design, through real estate.
Ms. Hunt is a veteran of the real estate investment business with over twenty (20) years of experience in investment, management, development, construction, and financing in excess of US$ 25 million in projects. During her career she has served as a director on numerous occasions and has also served as an executive of over ten (10) different companies directly and indirectly involved in real estate ownership and investment. Ms. Hunt’s diverse portfolio has been spread across much of Canada and the United States, with multiple projects in the Oahu, Hawaii area. She enjoys a national reputation as an international real estate specialist and analyst and is an expert consultant emphasizing strategic repositioning of real estate. Ms. Hunt has extensive experience in various phases of the real estate business, including but not limited to acquiring, managing, repositioning and divesting real estate, including: vacation rentals, short-term rentals, single family, student housing, duplexes, triplexes, multifamily, and more. Corporate real estate ventures include industrial real estate development projects and commercial real estate leases in both Canada and the US.
