Chris has a background in sales, public speaking and marketing. One of his personal goals is to mentor disadvantaged youth to show them that anybody can be successful and achieve their dreams. Gary chats this week with Mel and Dave Dupuis, who have become famous for buying 12 properties in 12 months, using other people’s money and creative financing! I am a single mother with three sons, a full-time law clerk, and an enthusiastic real estate investor. I enjoy positive cash flow from my properties and l look forward to investing in more. Gary chats this week with Angelo DeTorres, one of the owners of Steps Dance Studio, and a real estate investor. Why are we talking dance on this show? Health, wealth and everything in between. Dance was introduced into Angelo’s life at a young age, but didn’t turn back to it for 15 years, after an ACL injury cancelled his NBA dreams. His passion for dance was reignited at a chance encounter in Cuba.
