Sarah Eder is a full-time real estate investor, and CEO of Sarah Eder Investments. Originally from the small northern city of Sault Ste. Marie, she’s been an entrepreneur from the age of 19 and has successfully helped many start-ups thrive in their industries. After retiring from a successful professional athletic career at 26, Sarah decided to focus on her second passion; providing affordable, clean rental units in Ontario, and renovating houses to bring them back to their former glory. Since embarking in real estate in 2018, she has become an expert in buying and renovating multi-family properties, student rentals, commercial developments and Airbnb’s; scaling to over 200+ doors in less than 4 years (all without any of her own money!). Now financially free and out of the 9-5 grind, she’s continuing to expand her portfolio across North America, while also passing on the knowledge she’s gained to investors wanting a better life through real estate investing, through her Freedom Builder Academy.
